How to Order
You can place your order directly online at the Toy Shop Marbella online store at www.toyshopmarbella.com
Just browse through the products on our website.
On the right hand column you will see the various categories of toys that we stock. Click on a category and you will see a list of products with photographs. You can further the list by selecting a sub category.
To view details about a product, click on the photograph or details link.
On the product details page you can view more details and can view larger photos of the products. On this page you can also place an order. Just select the number of products you wish to order and then press the Add to cart button. At the top of the page you will see that the number of items in your shopping cart has increased.
You can continue browsing and adding items to your shopping cart. You can view all items in your shopping cart by clicking on it.
When you have finished shopping, click the checkout link. You will then be asked to login (if you have previously purchased from us) or to create an account and add all of your contact details.
On this page you can also leave any additional comments relating to your order such as size requirements.
Once you have signed up you will be directed to the checkout page where you can choose the delivery method, delivery address and method of payment.
We have several different options for ordering:
We have two different payment options:
- Pay by Credit Card.
This is the simplest and most convenient way of online shopping. We accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Once you have placed your order you will be transferred to the secure servers of our bank where you can enter your credit card details.
Your credit card will be charged to the value of your purchase in Euros (subject to authorisation).
We can also take your credit card payment over the phone. Please call 0034 952774078 (Spain) to place your order and provide us with your credit card details.
- Pay by transfer.
You can also pay by bank transfer. Just click the Pay by Transfer button after you have placed your order and you will receive our bank details and payment instructions. Direct payment in our shop in Marbella.
Once you have placed your order, it will be dispatched within 7 days, depending on the product and immediate availability. Some products have to be ordered direct from the manufacturer and may take up to 14 days to be delivered. We will advise you about delivery times when we have processed your order.
You can also make purchases via any of the following methods:
- Telephone Order. You can call 0034 952774078 (Spain) and we will take your order over the phone.
- Email Order. You can email us your order to sales@toyshopmarbella.com. Please remember to include the details of the items you wish to purchase, your contact details, whether the item is a gift, and how you would prefer to pay for your order - by credit card or bank transfer.
- Collect in store. You can also place your order through any of the above methods and collect and pay in store.
